On our ride home from Baltimore, I mentioned to Dr. Jay that I had recently noticed that CT passed a law forbidding a driver from doing anything but drive. This includes eating, etc.
Dr. Jay then pondered whether a blow job would be illegal or not if the receiver was driving.
Both girls were asleep at the time of this discussion.
We never did decide if it was legal or not.
