It’s raining again May 10, 2006
Posted by spacemom in : Depression , 1 comment so farIt’s raining today. It’s just like yesterday, cool and rainy. Sometimes, the cold rain gets to me, and I get very very depressed. Other times, it fits me, like the right clothes for a certain day.
Today, the rain fits like a glove. I am not really down today, not really euphoric either, I just am. And watching the rain come down and seeing the leaves covered with water just feels right today. It’s almost cleansing to see the ground soak up this much needed rain. I noticed the rain was cleaning my car today, a pile of bird shit was getting washed off. Maybe that’s why the rain works today. It is helping me wash the depression of the last week away.
It should be gray and rainy through the weekend. I wonder if my mood will improve as the clouds continue to release.
