It’s so cold… January 17, 2007
Posted by spacemom in : Life...otherwise , trackbackThis morning, I walked into the kitchen and glanced at the thermometer. It was way off, saying 95. Then I realized that it wasn’t reading 95, but 9.5. Yes nine point five degrees F. Scary.
This is what I call "Snot freezing weather". It is so cold that when you go outside, your snot freezes inside your nose.
okay, I’ll fess up, I’ve got nothing. I am in the guts of a code and reorganizing like mad and I can think of nothing except commands to the spacecraft. Sorry folks… You’ll just have to suffer elsewhere on the Internet today…
I will think of something fun and witty for tomorrow, but I can’t promise a thing.

That’s too funny. I call it the same thing. I hate it when my nose hairs freeze! Now, granted it was a balmy 18 degrees in Trenton today.
It was -13 here this morning. Without windchill!
I’m with Tigermama: It was -16 here this morning. My car wouldn’t start. Grrr.
