What would my life be like now if

I had decided to stick with earth science and geology instead of physics and astronomy?
I had applied to Cornell instead of the SUNY system?
I had decided to stay in Buffalo instead going across the state?
I had chosen to go to get my PhD?
Jay had taken the position in Germany? or Rochester, NY?
We had conceived quickly.
Or IUI and IVF failed? We were planning to adopt, what would our family be like now?
I had decided to leave my work place when things got tough instead of finding a new job at the same place?
we hadn’t been able to conceive Luna?
If JE from High School hadn’t rejected me?
If Al hadn’t broken up with me?
If I hadn’t broken up with George?
If Jay hadn’t broken up with his girlfriend?
