I spent from 9am to 2:30ish in bed yesterday. It was nice. Today, I am back in the land of the living. I am tired and home, but still able to start some coding for work. I figure I will nap this afternoon.

I have very little right now. My brain is foggy, work is busy, which is why I am coding while taking a sick day. Hey, I’m on the couch, doesn’t that count?

We finally have some winter here in the North. It’s been very cold and yucky here. I even drove Soleil to the bus stop the last two days (mostly because I was sick, not her). She’s very happy because of the snow.

Ack, I will try to write more when my brain is working, but right now, it is not working well….

We have had the following issues in our house:

  1. Luna fell off the bunk bed ladder "I was climbing and I let go and I fell!"
  2. Soleil banged her knee under the bed. Jay went to get her and when putting her on his shoulder, put her head THROUGH her overhead light. Only small shards of glass where embedded in her head. No blood, lots of glass. Jay had some glass in his head too.
  3. Luna cut Soleil’s temple with a microphone….

And it’s only noon. I thought yesterday was bad when Soleil fell backwards from the bleachers at ice skating (she had her helmet on TG…The helmet took the brunt. She has a goose egg where the helmet hit)
