Please help me! I need summer shoes. Here’s the deal. I normally wear, gasp, keds or boat shoes with no socks during the summer. Or I’ll wear Sandals. Either way, I need some summer shoes! Can you guys help me?
I’m 5′3", so I need flats because otherwise, I look silly, like a Welch Corgi trying to pretend he’s a greyhound. So….What shoes would you suggest? And that strap between the toes? Um, no can do. I never could wear flip flops because of it.
I wear shorts or skirts during the summer and capris. I love capris. But I need shoes that say I am not 37 pretending to be 18…Help????

OK, I’m certainly no fashion expert. But I do know about comfort. Get a pair of Crocs! You’ll thank me later.
Land’s End has some great sandals - check their overstocks on the web. I got some beautiful espadrilles as well as sandals. Very cheap! They come in all colors.
Check out Zappo’s on line to get an idea of the range of styles out there. If you find something you like check that brand out on line then find a brick and mortar store near you to try the brand on to see if the last fits your foot.
this may be a day late and dollar short but in the name of all that is beautiful in shoe land please don’t wear crocs. There are many, many cute, comfortable flat shoes at aerosoles (lots of them are on sale right now). Check them out for yourself:
